| Site Fees | Weekend $20 Overnight $11 Day Trip $ 9 Non-Members add $3.00 to above fees. |
| Disabled / Special Needs | Any person that is requesting cabin space and requires special needs such as wheel chair access please indicate so on the pre-registration form. Special needs such as these can only be accommodated for if the event staff is notified in advance. |
| Feast | Add $7 to above prices to reserve Feast. Feast is limited to 80 people. Lunch is included in Feast fee. |
| Merchant Space | Merchant Space is located on the north side of the hall (Please see map). Merchant Space is not pre-reserved and is filled on an as needed basis. |
