Branwen OhEidersceoil is a 12th century Irishwoman, the only daughter
in a shipping family. Due to the death of her father and eldest brother,
she and her remaining brother, Cormac, are in charge of the fleet of 3
ships. When not trading with other cultures (and engaging in the occasional
piracy of foreign ships) she resides in the family stronghold, Dun na Oir,
in County Cork.
