Reservations

*Site Fees*	Weekend $24 Overnight $12 Day Trip $9 Non-Members add $3.00 to above fees. No family charged more than 3 adult fares. Children under 5 are free Cabin Reservations Accepted ONLY with Fees. Merchants must be assigned space by Reservations before setting up.
*Feast*	Add $8 to above prices to reserve Feast. Feast is limited to 80 people. Lunch provided with Feast purchase or available separate for $1.00 at time of serving.
*Disabled / Special Needs*	Any person that is requesting cabin space and requires special needs such as wheel chair access please indicate so on the pre-registration form. Special needs such as these can only be accommodated for if the event staff is notified in advance.
*Pavilion Space*	Please contact the Lyst Marshal (Baron Sebastian Halyburton Email: ) for space placement and further details.
*Merchant Space*	Merchant Space is located on the north side of the hall (Please see map). Merchant Space is not pre-reserved and is filled on an as needed basis. Merchants who wish to arrive on site for setup before 4 PM on Friday, April 23 MUST contact the Autocrat for permission in advance.
