Aperitifs “Appetizers”:

Wohlschmeckend “Savory”- Pickled eggs (eggs, beets, vinegar, salt, bay leaves, cloves and sugar) ham, assorted cheeses, pork and beef sausages, and pumpernickel bread (rye flour, wheat flour, molasses, water,butter, salt and yeast)

Süß “Sweet”- Molded fresh cheese (cheese, cream, flower water, and sugar), candied ginger (ginger and sugar) candied orange peel (orange peel, sugar, and honey) quince paste (quinces, sugar), Spanish almonds (almonds and sugar) and saffron wafers (saffron, sugar, flour, egg whites, rose water)

Erster kurs “First course”:
Wiesen Salat “Meadow salad” - spring greens and seasonal edible flowers with a choice of mint vinaigrette (oil, mint, vinegar, lemon juice, mint, and sugar) or creamy dill dressing (mayonnaise{eggs, oil, lemon juice} sour cream, garlic, dill)
